Account and Access
You can browse public information without signing in.
Public access
Anyone can use the map, browse public Programs and Scholars, open public details, and download the public CSV exports.
Open Account and choose Sign in with UConn. The site uses UConn Microsoft sign-in. After sign-in, you return to the database with your name and email attached to your account.
Signed-in actions
A signed-in UConn user can submit an activity, a program, or a scholar profile. The site shows the account name and email on the activity form so you can confirm which account will be tied to the submission.
A program can also have authorized users. An authorized user may edit that program. Scholar editing is limited to administrators.
Admin access
Administrators see Admin page in the Account menu. Admin access is assigned by NetID in Platform settings. The site will not allow the last administrator to remove their own admin access.
