This program works with Connecticut's municipal, commercial, and industrial customers to provide information about the energy usage and cost of buildings and to help building owners and operators lower building energy usage and costs. The work is focused on implementing systems and solutions that provide better information to decision-makers regarding building investments, operations, and maintenance. This program also supports the EPA's Portfolio Manager online tool for use by Connecticut municipal, commercial, and industrial organizations.
