The UConn People Empowering People (PEP) program is an innovative leadership development initiative focused on personal, family, and civic empowerment with a strong emphasis on community involvement. Over its 25-year history, the program has graduated more than 3,110 participants, providing them with the tools and knowledge to take on leadership roles within their families and communities. Through the UConn PEP Program, participants gain the leadership tools to transform their lives and make meaningful contributions to the well-being and development of their communities.
