Feel Your Best Self (FYBS) is a free toolkit designed to teach children 12 simple coping strategies that promote emotional regulation. By exploring various techniques, kids identify which methods help them feel their best in different situations. Initially created for use in classrooms, particularly during morning meetings, the toolkit is adaptable for educators, community providers, and families to support small groups or individual children. FYBS is a fun and engaging way for families to discuss emotions and explore strategies for emotional well-being.
