Engineering Your Future (EYF) is a one-day conference designed for 8th-grade boys from underrepresented backgrounds, to inspire them to explore educational and career opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). The conference features role models who reflect the participants' identities and backgrounds, providing them with relatable examples of success in STEM fields. Through hands-on, inquiry-based activities, EYF educates and excites participants about the possibilities in STEM, encouraging them to pursue future academic and professional pathways in these dynamic fields.
