The Community Borrowers Program allows individuals from the surrounding community to borrow materials from the Storrs and Regional Campus Libraries. To participate, community members can obtain a library-issued borrower's card, providing access to the vast resources available at UConn Libraries. This program offers valuable support for lifelong learners, residents, and other members of the community seeking educational and research materials.
