Center for Education Policy Analysis, Research, and Evaluation (CEPARE) Program The Center for Education Policy Analysis, Research, and Evaluation (CEPARE) at the Neag School of Education is dedicated to producing high-quality research, evaluation, and policy analysis across all facets of education. Bringing together experts from fields such as education reform, literacy education, and education law, CEPARE fosters interdisciplinary collaboration to address complex educational challenges. The center focuses on key issues like the achievement gap, educator effectiveness, and school improvement, emphasizing how policies affect social justice and educational equity. CEPARE’s work informs and shapes more effective strategies, driving conversations in a positive direction. As a member of the Education Policy Alliance, a national network of university-based research centers, CEPARE addresses critical education policy and practice issues.
