The University of CT School of Pharmacy collaborates with community partners to maximize resources and reach of interventions and integrate efforts to eliminate tobacco-related disparities. This collaboration aimed to increase capacity and outreach, build a sustainable tobacco cessation pathway at partner sites, and reduce smoking rates in this priority population.
