At the Health Disparities Institute (HDI), this organization advances systemic change by tackling the root cause of health equities and implementing sustainable solutions across Connecticut. They do this through: Community-based participatory research and evaluation projects, data- and community-driven policy advocacy initiatives and training and workforce development programs.
