Faculty (Jill Fitzgerald, Cassandra Doyno, C. Michael White, Marissa Salvo, Jeffery Aeschlimann) and students work with the Department of Public Health. They lead an initiative to train podiatrists, dentists, dental hygienists, paramedics, and veterinarians to give human vaccines. There is an online component and in-person training in one of 5 locations around Connecticut (primarily UConn School of Dentistry Office and Rocky Hill Veterans Hospital).
