Human Rights Close to Home (HRCH) leverages best practices in human rights education, teacher professional development, youth leadership, and democratic engagement. The program aims to empower Connecticut’s school and community leaders, educators, civic organizations, and youth by incorporating their knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of human rights and active civic participation.
